Thank you Dr Chris Lambkin for confirming the id and Graeme Cocks & Tony Daley for helping with the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere Chris said "variation of colour may be because of different environmental conditions under which the immatures develop, so that darker patterns result from colder developmental conditions" and she suspects this is "a newly emerged specimen". She later said "Probably female. The var incompleta Paramonov specimens invariably were female." Two specimens found in January. | |||||
