Thank you Terra Occ & Josh Magro (JMag1) for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA), the Flinders Ranges, Coastal Areas and elsewhere Generally olive with a black stripe through the eye. The black stripe is then highlighted with a yellow patch bleeding to white below the ear. The Ellura specimens seem to have a more prominent white area behind the yellow patch than we've seen before. Its song is similar to a Red Capped Robin. | |||||
