Thank you Tony and Jenny Dominelli & Paul Tavares for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found in the Flinders Ranges, Adelaide Hills and possibly elsewhere Females are actually brown, only the males are black; with striking orange beaks & legs. The nest was on the ground under ground-cover (ivy). The eggs were ~30mm long. | |||||
