General Species Information:
Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere
Asaph said "Male Hylaeus lateralis have white markings."
Heath said "The two white marks on the collar (just behind the head). Also the red on the dorsal side of the thorax extends further back towards the abdomen."
