General Species Information: Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere ~30mm long. Found 2 dead in the watertank overflow. Very dark green, with very thick hind legs. No significant punctuations that can be readily seen thru the detritus. A very large triangular scutellum. Surprisingly not related to Diving Beetles | |||||
