Thank you Rog Standen for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere ~9mm long & ~26mm wingspan. Males have bipectinate antennae, females have filiform antennae. The facial horn shown here separates these from Amelora. It can be hard to see dorsally as it's often covered in scales. In profile it's still difficult as it's small & thin. But ventrally, it's much clearer. Similar Species: Banded Cape-moth (Amelora ANIC6) | |||||
