Thank you Asimakis Patitsas for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found in the Murray Mallee SA, Adelaide Hills, Coastal Areas and possibly elsewhere A lot of people don't like this plant because of it's thorns. It is incredibly imporant habitat for small animals and birds. More common in the Adelaide Hills than in the Murraylands. It's the perfect plant to revegetate blackberry outbreaks. | |||||
