Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere
1st Live Photo on-line:
~15mm long. All those dimples have a single short stiff hair coming from the middle. Almost like a spine.
They eat seeds and other plant matter.

This species is

Australian Native Species, not listed in the SA Murray Mallee Survey of 2010.
