Thank you Dr Chris Lambkin for confirming and Reiner Richter for helping with the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere 1st Live Photo on-line: This is an important record as it extends it's range from the west of Western Australia. ~8.5mm long, ~9.5mm wing length. These are quite a stunning fly. The intricate shades of the wing patterns are something to see. | |||||
