General Species Information:
Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere
~17mm long. Our first live captured Flower-loving fly on Ellura
Interesting all the specimens we've found in this family are female. Males have a rounded abdomen, without the poterior bristly hairs.
