General Species Information:
Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere
~4mm long female. Notice the hairs along the leading edge (costa) of the wing. Like other fruit flies, has a spade like ovipositor.

This species is

Australian Native Species, not listed in the SA Murray Mallee Survey of 2010.
