Thank you Tony and Jenny Dominelli for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA), the Adelaide Hills and elsewhere ~8mm from the front of the eyes, to the base of the abdomen; not including antennae nor tail. This is a bit of a scientific joke we think "Giant" as in much bigger than others, but still tiny. Note the hairy wings. | |||||
