Thank you Tony and Jenny Dominelli for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA), the Riverland and elsewhere Surprisingly, the only way to truely separate C. calyptrata & C. eremaea (without having the seed) is to measure the width of the flower petals. This one having narrower petals at < 2mm. C. eremaea has petals >= 2mm. We thought we had both, but we only have one photo with a rule on the flower petals showing it's this one. So for now, we've moved all our Calandrinia to this species until we get a chance (hopefully this spring) to measure all of them. | |||||
